Idea of the Week
Your team isn't losing sales because customers hate being sold to. They lose them because nobody asks for the booking.
A lot of owners tell me they hate selling, so their team answers the question, then says, call us if you're interested. That's where the sale actually dies.
What customers really hate are those lines that sound like they were read off a script, and high pressure sales. So record the calls and cut every line they'd never say to a friend.
Then after you answer their question, ask them: want me to set you up on the calendar for Thursday? And just stop talking. Let them answer.

Deep Dive
A Facebook lead wasn't looking until your ad stopped them. They fill in your form. Then they go back to scrolling and look at the other ads sitting in that same feed.
That's why the want lasts only minutes, not days.
Read your own live ad before your team calls anyone. The lead already saw the price. They were fed a certain message, and you have to keep it uniform in the sales process, because otherwise they're going to get confused.
So don't open by quoting the price, because they already saw it. Open with what they asked for in the ad's words, which is the treatment or the service.
Say: You asked about our Invisalign consult, still interested? You asked about our intake process for treatment. You asked about our loan offers. Whatever lingo fits your industry.
Keep your ad open in the Ad Library next to your call notes, or pass that information down to your people if you're not doing the sales yourself.
A lot of people love doing bait-and-switch ads. Then once people get on the call, they're told they're not eligible. It works, but it's not good, and we don't do that for ourselves or our clients.
You hooked them with your message. Now you have to draw them in the same way.
