Quote of the Week

"You only fix one leak at a time and you leave the rest until it is actually fixed."

Idea of the Week

Your ads keep showing up for people who already booked with you. Pull your customer list out of your CRM today.

If your leads come from portals, you don't even have a clean list. Keep every lead in your own CRM, then the list is yours.

Meta lets you leave those people out, so we don't pay for our own customers to see our ads. Upload the list and exclude it, depending on the campaign you're running.

Spend your ad money on people who don't know you yet.

Deep Dive

Lenders, your ad sends people nowhere. Click your own ad today like a borrower would.

One ad I reviewed sent people to a guide. There is no form, there's no apply link. A guide doesn't fund anybody.

20 out of 25 use Learn More, which is fine. But the borrower reads the guide and just leaves.

Ask them to apply on the button on the page. You'd be surprised how many direct applications you would get.

If they can't apply, you're just paying for people reading your article. We just want to push people from good ads to a page with an application form, so we can get them a qualified loan.
